Jon Maynard has been named CEO of The Greater Starkville Development Partnership. Jon previously was the Vice President of Business Development for the Northwest Louisiana Economic Development Foundation.

Dr. Bruce Hirshman has accepted the position of Interventional Pain Management Physician with Methodist Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Hirshman previously was a physician in Key West, Florida.

Doug Schaffer has been named the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Benton Harbor, Michigan. Schaffer is the previous Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at Lake Michigan College.

Randy Zook has been named President and CEO of Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated Industries of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas. Zook currently serves as Deputy Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.

Jerry Acy has been named Executive Director of the River Ridge Development Authority in Jeffersonville, IN. Acy comes to River Ridge from Waggoner Engineering in Jackson, Mississippi.

Gary Chandler has been named the President for The Alliance in Corinth, Mississippi. Gary most recently served as the District Representative for United States Congressman Bud Cramer in Huntsville, AL.

Mike Tagert has been named the Administrator for the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority in Columbus, Mississippi. Mike most recently was employed by Mississippi State University.

Chris Blount has been named the Executive Director for the Wilson Foundation. Chris most recently served as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs, L-3 Vertex Aerospace (formerly Raytheon Corp), Madison, MS.

Stephen Surles has been named the Executive Director of the Union County Development Authority in New Albany, MS. Stephen comes to the UCDA from Amory, MS where he served as the President and CEO of the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Zea is the new Executive Director of the Kosciusko Attala Development Corporation. Zea most recently served as President of Marathon Community and Economic Development in Kentucky.

Jeremy Stratton is the new Economic Development Director for the City of Danville, Virginia. Stratton was former Vice President of Gateway Partnership in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Anthony Palazzo will be the COO/Administrator of Urology P.A. in Tupelo, Mississippi. Palozzo comes from Bienville Orthopedic Specialists on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Allen Miller as the new Assistant Vice President of the Heart Institute at Pikeville Medical Center. Miller was the former Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator at Provena St. Joseph Medical center in Joliet, IL.

Charlotte Koestler is the new Executive Director of the Stone County Economic Development Partnership. Ms. Koestler is the former Director of the Vicksburg – Warren Community Alliance in Vicksburg, MS

Jane Flor has joined the Pikeville Medical Center as Director of Organizational Compliance. Jane was the previous Revenue Cycle Coordinator and Compliance Officer for the Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, West Virginia.

Dr. Lee Voulters has joined the medical staff at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi. Dr. Voulters is a world renowned neurologist and he comes to Memorial from Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Pete Kampfer is the new Executive Director/CEO of the Paris Economic Development Corporation in Paris, Texas. Kampfer comes to Paris from Tucumcari, New Mexico, where he served as the Executive Director of the Greater Tucumcari Economic Development Corporation.

Dr. John Campbell has joined St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Arkansas as a Neurosurgeon. Dr. Campbell comes to Jonesboro from Jackson, Tennessee.

Melanie Deas is the new Executive Director of the Link Centre in Tupelo, Mississippi. Ms. Deas comes from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.

Jack Zink is the new Executive Director of the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

Lyle Roggow is the new CEO and President of the Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Ann E. Graeber, M.S., R.D., L.D, IBCLC is the new Director of Nutritional Services at St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Anne O’Brien is the new Chief Nursing Officer of Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in Kerrville, Texas. O’Brien was previously the Chief Nursing officer of Palmyra Medical Centers, an HCA facility in Albany, Georgia.

Dr. Richard Ferrans is the new Vice President, Medical Information Officer for Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi. Dr. Ferrans previously worked for People’s Health Network, Daughter of Charity Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Thomas Warsocki is the new Vice President of Physician Services at Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota. Mr. Warsocki was previously an Administrator of the Aurora Medical Group Inc. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

David Estorge was announced as the new President of the Memorial Hospital at Gulfport Foundation in Gulfport, MS. Mr. Estorge is a previous Development Officer with the University of Southern Mississippi Foundation.

Larry Barnett is the new Executive Director of the Harrison County Development Commission in Gulfport, Mississippi. Larry comes to the HCDC from the Economic Development Department of Mississippi Power Company.

Liz Larkin is the new Vice President of Business Development for the North Dakota Department of Commerce. Liz comes to Bismarck from Verifications, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Joe Geddie was recently named the Executive Director of the North Mississippi Industrial Development Association. Joe previous served as Manager of Economic Development with Progress Energy in Florence, SC.

Deborah Clayton was announced as the Commissioner of the Department of Commercialization and Innovation by Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher and Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Gene Strong. Ms. Clayton was the founding director of the Charlotte Research Institute in Charlotte, NC.

Scott Luth is the new Executive Director of the Glasgow/Barren County Industrial Development Economic Authority in Glasgow, KY. Scott comes to IDEA after previously serving as the Director of the Cleveland/ Bolivar Chamber of Commerce in Cleveland, MS.

Gregg Robinson was named the Executive Director of the Orangeburg County Development Commission in Orangeburg, SC. Gregg previously worked as a Project Manager with the South Carolina Department of Commerce. This is the second national search PACE has completed for the OCDC.

Jerry Chavez has been announced as the new Executive Director of the Minot Area Development Corporation in Minot, ND. Jerry previously served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Great Falls Development Authority in Great Falls, MT.

James Tsismanakis has been selected as the new Executive Director of the Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau in Columbus, MS. James is the former Director of the Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau in Lake County, IN.

Joe King is the new Executive Director of the Florence County Partnership for Economic Development in Florence, SC. Joe is the former County Administrator in Florence.

James Chavez was named the new President and CEO of the Clarksville/ Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation in Clarksville, TN. James was the previous CEO of the Tifton/ Tift County Chamber of Commerce in Tifton, GA.

Michael Eades was recently named the Executive Director of the Halifax County Economic Development Authority in Halifax County, VA. Mike is the former director of the Florence County Partnership for Economic Development in Florence, SC.

Dr. Angie Dvorak has been selected as the new President and CEO of the Area Development Partnership in Hattiesburg, MS. Dr. Dvorak was the former Vice President of Research and Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Kurt Foreman was announced as the new Vice President for Economic Development of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce in Shreveport, LA. Kurt was the former Senior Vice President of Business Investment for the Pittsburg Regional Alliance in Pittsburg, PA.
